Penn Hills Soccer Association

Coaches, Players, Parents, Spectators, and Other Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves in a polite, friendly manner. We understand people can be "passionate," "concerned," "mean well," but that does not mean that one can lose control of their temper, bully, react violently, textually or verbally attack other individuals or groups. Violation of our Code of Conduct can lead to dismissal from the organization, involve local authorities, and in the cases of child abuse lead to very serious charges.

Code of Conduct

Soccer is a simple game but when motivated players, engaged coaches, and supportive, dedicated parents come together, the possibilities and potential for our players’ success are boundless.  Our goal at Penn Hills Soccer Association is to provide a safe, positive environment where players can develop and enjoy the benefits of participating in soccer both on and off the field.  Our coaches strive to create an environment that is encouraging and educational.

ALL COACHES ARE VOLUNTEERS AND DO NOT RECEIVE A PAYCHECK FROM OUR ORGANIZATION.

All players, coaches, parents, volunteers, spectators, and others associated with the Penn Hills Soccer Association adhere to the highest standards of sportsmanship and ethics and commit to following this code of conduct.

The code of conduct listed below is an example of expectations but is not all inclusive. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the board or directors or violation of the code of conduct can result in an immediate dismissal of player, volunteer and/ or parents from the facilities and the organization.
