2026 Ambush Registration
Thank you for visiting our Ambush Tournament page. The Ambush Tournament will be a PA West sanctioned indoor event! Please follow steps 1-4. Your team will not be registered until you complete and submit the application in step #1 AND we receive payment in full (step #2). You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been approved for the 2026 PH Ambush Tournament. Please submit your application in step #1. Then immediately send your $250 check in step #2. Parents need to print AND fill out waiver forms #3. Directions to our tournament facility can be downloaded in step #4.

3.  2026 Ambush Tournament Waiver Form (required for each player)
(parents, try adobe's free fill and sign a PDF app)

4. Directions to The Fralic Center and Parking (Bring your own chairs; no bleachers at facility)

5. 2026 Ambush Tournament Rules (Coming Soon!)

6. Game Day Roster (coaches, please fill out and bring on game day)
